The Programme
Together we will plan a 12-week-program working twice weekly towards reaching a set goal. You, as my client, can rely on guidance that will suit you best based on my vast experience in a diversity of sports. This program can be adjusted at any time during the 12-week period if so needed. Besides the training and mental guidance, we will be working together on a food pattern that will fit your new life style better.
After finishing the program, you will be able to continue training successfully in your new style. There are also many options for a follow-up with a complete new training program, possibly diminishing the amount of guidance, depending on your wishes and needs.
