No matter if you practice a team sport, individual sport or if you are a professional athlete, the same rule applies to everyone: Nobody is equal! Every human being is unique and has a different goal in life. Therefore it’s only logical that every person has a different need when it comes to training and exercise. A Personal Trainer will guide you and set up a training program taking your specific wishes and needs into account whether this be losing weight, building muscle or enhancing your cardio vascular level.
But my philosophy does not end here. You will not only be working towards the sport results you desire, but will be guided also on a mental level. For instance, I would like you to experience a positive self image that will give you that extra bit of strength not only to make a change in your life style, but also the strength to keep it up.
First of all, exercise should be fun and not done only to lose weight. Together we will discuss a training routine and a physical activity that will suit you and your needs best, whether this might be strength training, running or Yoga. This can be made possible via the large network of passionate professionals that I work with and that I can put you into contact with if so needed.
The combination of personal training and mental coaching will make a training program also a personal learning process on the way to a healthy and balanced life.
